● Bowl, Bowl Liner, and Hopper Components:

The bowl liner controls the crushing gap by rotating the adjustment ring (clockwise/counterclockwise), ensuring precise and adjustable discharge size. The hydraulic motor drives the adjustment ring, and the locking cylinder fixes its position to improve crushing efficiency. The hopper is fixed with pins, and its unique bottom design forms a buffer dead bed to reduce material impact. Lubrication flows through the spindle hole to the bushing and spherical bearing. U-shaped and T-shaped seals prevent oil leakage, protecting the crown, pinion gear, and bushing from dust. The skirt serves as a guide plate to prevent seal leakage.
