ISO 9001:2015 scope and what our warranty covers
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. The certificate covers the design, manufacture, and supply of crusher wear parts from our Yushan County, Jiangxi facility.
What the warranty covers
- Casting defects (porosity, cold shuts, cracks) - 12 months from delivery
- Dimensional non-conformance vs. agreed drawing
- Chemistry outside declared grade specification
What it does not cover
- Normal wear in service (wear rate depends on ore type, feed size, and machine settings)
- Damage from incorrect installation or over-tightening
- Use outside the specified crusher model / application
