Duma is not a trading company. We are a vertically integrated crusher wear parts manufacturer with our own foundry, heat treatment facilities, and machining workshop - all under one roof, covering more than 42,000 m² of in-house production floor.

Every part that leaves our facility is cast, heat-treated, inspected, and verified by our own team. That means full control over quality, lead time, and technical traceability - from raw material to your crusher.

Casting is at the heart of what we do.

We specialize in high manganese steel - Mn13, Mn18, and Mn22 - as well as advanced alloy upgrades engineered for extreme abrasion and impact conditions. Our foundry operates with precision melting and pouring controls that ensure chemical consistency batch after batch.

Every heat is followed by our signature controlled solution heat treatment (water toughening / quenching), executed in microcomputer-controlled automated furnaces with staged temperature ramp-up and high-powered forced water circulation. The result is a clean, stable austenitic microstructure - hard where it matters, tough where it counts.

One of our most significant advantages is our pattern (mold) library of more than 4,000 sets, covering the world's most widely deployed crusher brands and models.

This means most orders require no new tooling investment - we go straight to production.

• Metso - C Series jaw crushers (C80, C100, C125, C160, and more); HP/GP Series cone crushers (HP200, HP300, HP400, and more)
• Sandvik - CJ Series (CJ411, CJ412, CJ615), JM Series, CH/CS cone series
• Terex, Powerscreen, Telsmith, Trio, Kleemann - and many more

If you don't see your model listed, send us your drawings, worn samples, or crusher specs. Our engineering team will reverse-engineer and develop a fit-accurate replacement - with no compromise on dimensional tolerances.

We produce 1,000 metric tons per month, with an annual output exceeding 10,000 metric tons. Our scale supports large mining operations, global distributors, and OEM supply agreements simultaneously.
