Wear Parts Engineered for the Full Crushing & Feeding Circuit

Every mining and quarrying operation runs on more than one machine. From the primary crusher at the front of the line to the feeders that regulate material flow, each piece of equipment demands wear parts built to withstand continuous abrasion and impact. At Jiangxi Duma Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we supply high-performance wear parts across the core stages of your crushing and feeding circuit - all manufactured in-house, from a single direct-factory source.
What We Supply
Crusher Wear Parts - Full Circuit Coverage
Our primary expertise covers the complete range of crushing equipment used in mining, quarrying, and mineral processing:
Cone crushers
Mantle liners, concave bowl liners (standard and TiC composite grades)
01
Jaw crushers
Jaw plates, tooth plates, cheek plates, side liner plates
02
Gyratory crushers
Upper and lower mantle, concave segments
03
Impact crushers
Blow bars, impact plates
04
Hammer crushers
Hammer heads, liner plates
05
We manufacture in high manganese steel (Mn13, Mn18, Mn22), high chrome iron, alloy steel, and titanium carbide (TiC) composite materials - matched to your ore type, feed size, and operating intensity.
Apron Feeder Pans - Material Handling Wear Parts
We also manufacture manganese and alloy steel apron feeder pans for heavy-duty primary feeding applications. Apron feeders operate under some of the most punishing conditions in a mine - handling run-of-mine ore, oversize boulders, and continuous impact loading directly from the primary dump point. Our apron feeder pans are cast from the same high-integrity manganese and alloy steel grades as our crusher wear parts, with the same heat treatment controls and dimensional inspection standards applied to every batch.
Custom pan dimensions and alloy specifications are available to match your feeder make, model, and operating conditions.

One Supplier. One Quality Standard. Across Your Circuit.
Consolidating your wear parts supply through a single manufacturer brings measurable procurement advantages:
Consistent material quality
Same alloy standards, same heat treatment protocols, and same QC documentation applied across every component, whether crusher wear parts or feeder pans.
Simplified sourcing
One point of contact for your full wear parts requirement, reducing the complexity and risk of managing multiple vendors across different product categories.
Direct-factory pricing
In order to let you know more about our products and whether they meet your expectations,we will send you samples.
Flexible order quantities
Trial orders welcomed for quality verification before committing to volume; bulk supply contracts supported with a monthly output capacity of 1,000 tonnes.
Full batch traceability
Material certificates, heat treatment records, hardness and metallographic reports, and dimensional inspection data included with every shipment as standard.
Responsive lead times
Stock items dispatched within 7–10 days; custom-cast components typically delivered within 35–45 days, backed by in-house production across our 42,000 m² facility.
