Duma specializes in high manganese steel casting - Mn13, Mn18, Mn22, and custom alloy upgrades including TIC (Titanium Carbide) insert formulations for extreme abrasion applications. The water toughening (solution quenching) step uses high-capacity recirculating pumps to achieve rapid, uniform quenching - a critical factor in developing the stable austenitic microstructure that gives manganese steel its work-hardening capability.

Post heat treatment, every batch undergoes metallographic examination using high-magnification microscopy and image analysis software, inspecting for carbide network precipitation that would indicate brittle microstructure. Products that do not meet our ASTM A128 / GB/T 13932 grading criteria are not released. This is verifiable at source.

We accept small trial orders for quality evaluation. There is no penalty for testing our product before scaling. For established accounts, we offer structured supply agreements that combine fixed pricing, scheduled production releases, and priority allocation during peak demand periods - arrangements that reduce administrative friction on both sides and support predictable inventory planning.

Our standard terms support FOB, CIF, and EXW shipping arrangements, and we provide full export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, material test reports, and any additional documentation required for customs clearance in the destination market.
