Such as jaw crusher spare parts such as key components, jaw crusher moving jaw liner, fixed jaw liner and both sides of the liner (guard plate). When these wear-resistant plates are severely worn, the size of the product will be enlarged, affecting the crushing effect. In order to prolong the service life of the wear-resistant plate, when the liner plate is initially worn, the user can consider turning the liner plate to use, or swapping the position of the upper and lower two liners. However, it should be noted that when the tooth plate wears off 3/5, and both sides of the liner wear off 2/5, it is necessary to replace the new wear plate.
In addition, the thrust plate is also one of the parts in the jaw crusher that is very easy to wear out, especially when the thrust plate is badly worn out or broken, the user needs to remove the ore in the crushing chamber first, then take out the badly worn out or broken thrust plate, and check whether the elbow plate on the movable jaw and connecting rod are intact or not. Next, pull the movable jaw near the fixed jaw, lubricate the working surface of the elbow plate with dry oil, and then replace it with a new thrust plate (also known as crusher toggle plate, i.e. crusher elbow plate). During the replacement process, make sure that the new thrust plate slowly contacts the working surface of the elbow plate and tighten the horizontal lever so that the movable jaw can tightly clamp the thrust plate. Finally, tighten the safety cover, connect the lubrication system, and adjust the size of the discharge opening to ensure the normal operation of the crusher.
