What is the flying phenomenon of cone crusher
The flying phenomenon of the cone crusher refers to the phenomenon that during the operation of the cone crusher, the speed of the moving cone suddenly increases, the body instantly produces violent vibration, the safety spring is in an abnormal working state, the working current increases instantaneously, the oil return temperature rises sharply, and the equipment cannot operate normally.
There are two main reasons for the phenomenon of flying cars: one is the failure of the lubricating oil, and the other is that the gap between the moving cone and the spindle bushing is too small. To solve this problem, the following measures can be taken:
1. According to the instructions for use, choose the right lubricating oil for the cone crusher, focusing on viscosity and fluidity. At the same time, a water-sealed dust-proof device can be installed to check the tightness of the retaining ring and the annular retaining ring to prevent dust from entering the oil circuit of the lubricating oil.
2. Fix the spindle bushing and eccentric sleeve to prevent the relative movement of the two; Ensure the assembly clearance of the inner and outer holes of the spindle bushing; Allow the spindle to be in contact with the spindle bushing along the full length.
In addition, the single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher may also have the phenomenon of "flying car", so it is necessary to pay attention to the clearance of the top bearing, because the clearance is too large, which will cause the moving cone and the eccentric sleeve to not be in full contact, resulting in local overheating of the bushing, increased swing amplitude, and aggravated vibration. If the gap is too small, it will cause the inner and outer bushings to heat up.
