Crusher troubleshooting and preventive measures
Regular inspections
In order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher, the following inspections should be carried out regularly:
1. Check the wear and tear of all parts of the crusher, especially the key parts such as jaws, bearings, gears, etc.
2. Check whether the fasteners are loose, such as bolts, nuts, etc.
3. Check whether the lubrication system is normal, and whether the oil level and oil quality meet the requirements.
4. Inspect wires, cables, and electrical components for breakage or looseness.
Keep the equipment clean
Keep the inside and outside of the crusher clean to prevent debris and hard objects from entering the crushing chamber to avoid damage to the equipment. At the same time, the dust should be cleaned regularly to prolong the service life of the equipment.
Fastener inspection
Regularly check the fastening of each component of the crusher to ensure that the bolts, nuts and other fasteners are tightened and not loose. For the fasteners in key parts, they should be checked and tightened frequently to prevent equipment failure due to loosening.
Lubrication system maintenance
The lubrication system is an important guarantee for the normal operation of the crusher, and the oil level and oil quality of the lubrication system should be checked regularly, and the lubricating oil should be replenished or replaced in time. At the same time, the oil circuit should be cleaned regularly to ensure that the lubrication system is unimpeded.
Load monitoring
Excessive load is one of the important causes of crusher failure, so it is necessary to check the load of the crusher regularly. If the load is found to be too large, the size of the discharge port should be adjusted in time or the feeding speed should be reduced to reduce the load of the crusher.
Sound and vibration detection
By listening to the sound of the crusher and observing the vibration of the equipment, you can preliminarily judge whether the equipment is faulty. If abnormal sound or vibration is found, it should be stopped in time to check and troubleshoot.
Observation of signs of wear
Observe the wear of each part of the crusher, such as the wear of jaws, bearings and other parts. If severe wear is found, the wear parts should be replaced in time to avoid damage to the equipment.
Preventive maintenance plan
In order to ensure the normal operation of the crusher, a preventive maintenance plan should be developed, including regular inspections, lubrication system maintenance, fastener inspections, and other items. Through preventive maintenance, potential faults can be identified and resolved in a timely manner, extending the service life of the equipment.
Operator training
The operator is the key personnel in the daily operation and maintenance of the crusher, and the operator should be trained to be familiar with the structure, working principle, operating procedures and maintenance methods of the equipment. At the same time, operators should be regularly assessed and trained to improve their skill level.
Comply with safety operation procedures
In order to ensure the safety of operators and the normal operation of equipment, safety operating procedures should be developed and required to be strictly followed by operators. The safety operation procedures should include safety precautions and operational requirements for equipment start-up, operation, shutdown and other links. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen safety publicity and education to improve the safety awareness of operators.
