As the full moon rises and lanterns glow across China, Duma Machinery warmly extends its heartfelt Mid-Autumn Festival greetings to customers, partners, and friends around the world. This cherished traditional holiday - known in Chinese as Zhōngqiū Jié - falls on the 15th day of the eighth lunar month, a time when families gather beneath the bright harvest moon to share mooncakes, express gratitude, and look forward to the future together.
A Festival of Reunion and Reflection
The Mid-Autumn Festival carries a meaning that resonates far beyond China's borders. At its heart, it is a celebration of unity, harvest, and the bonds that connect people across distances. For Duma, a company whose products serve mining and crushing operations in Australia, South Africa, the United States, and dozens of other countries, this spirit of connection feels especially significant. Just as families reunite under the same moon, Duma sees its global network of partners as an extended family - united by shared goals of efficiency, reliability, and long-term success.
This year's festival is also a moment to pause and appreciate the trust that customers worldwide have placed in Duma. Building durable partnerships, much like crafting high-quality manganese steel wear parts, takes time, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Rooted in Chinese Manufacturing Excellence
Duma is proud to be a direct manufacturer rooted in China's rich industrial heritage. Operating from a fully integrated, 42,000 m² facility that houses its own foundry, heat treatment shop, and precision machining workshop, Duma represents the strength and reliability that Chinese manufacturing is increasingly known for on the global stage. Holding ISO 9001:2015 certification and a library of over 4,000 mold patterns compatible with the world's leading crusher brands - including Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Powerscreen, and more - Duma delivers not just products, but peace of mind.
The festival season serves as a reminder of what makes Duma's approach distinctive: every component that leaves the factory carries with it the care and technical rigor of a team dedicated to getting it right. From controlled water toughening heat treatment to high-magnification metallographic inspection, every step in Duma's production process reflects the same attention to detail that goes into crafting a traditional mooncake - layers of craftsmanship built upon generations of knowledge.
Celebrating Partnership Across Borders
One of the most beautiful aspects of the Mid-Autumn Festival is its universal message: no matter how far apart people may be, they share the same sky and the same moon. For Duma's international customers - whether managing a quarry in South Africa, a copper mine in Chile, or an aggregate plant in Europe - this resonates deeply. Distance is no barrier to quality, trust, or timely support.
Duma remains committed to its promise of providing stable delivery schedules, comprehensive technical documentation, and full after-sales support - including a 12-month quality warranty against casting defects and a 24/7 technical support team. Standard inventory items for popular models such as the HP200, HP300, C80, and C100 are ready to ship within 7–10 days, while custom-engineered castings are typically delivered within 35–45 days.

Whether you are a long-standing partner or exploring Duma for the first time, this festive season is an ideal moment to connect. Duma welcomes small trial orders for quality verification, and its professional procurement and logistics team is ready to support clients at every stage - from initial consultation to final delivery.
